The Riders Surf Trip to Costa Rica is a perfect way to combine surfing with your love of adventure. The beach break is perfect for beginners and you will absolutely learn to surf here. for the more advanced, you will be surfing on constant rolling waves ranging from 3  to 8 feet depending on the swell...it is an amazing experience! You’ll learn about the rain forest, take yoga and Spanish lessons, and experience the thrill of the canopy zip line. You will also have the opportunity to meet new friends from Europe and all over America.

Nosara Beach is heaven for surfers and everyone else too! Its a very quiet town with jungle all the way down to the beach. The villa we rent is located across from the beach at the foot of the jungle. It’s peaceful and spiritual to be part of the jungle, the surf, yoga and, of course, the incredible wildlife of butterflies, iguanas, monkeys and more.

As a tool to help bring your surfing skills to the next level, you will be videotaped and get a chance to review the video with our surf instructors. You’ll also get a custom photo album as a keepsake, and a video to show your family and friends.

We have partnered with Innocent Surf School in Costa Rica. All of their instructors are certified to British Surf Association and International Beach Lifeguards standards. This means when you’re in the surf, you’re with a professional. They have taught over 10,000 people from absolute beginners to professionals since 1999. We think that’s very important.

The instructors, Ru and Gem, both have so much to offer surfers of all levels. Ru is one of a hand full of people to be awarded “BSA Level 4” surf coaching status; that’s the highest surf coaching award you can get worldwide. In spite of this, Ru doesn’t take himself too seriously. One comment people made after a less on with Ru is that he’s “pure entertainment”. Gem is a great role model for girls, and is becoming one of Innocent Surf School’s most popular instructors.
